Tonight’s Specials

Beautiful spankin’ fresh lower Columbia River wild sturgeon is on tonight. We’re grilling kabobs of this fatty, rich fish, and serving it on a warm salad of organic shredded carrots and garbonzo beans with olives, parsley, and lemon sesame sauce, for $21.

We’ve also got, in the oven right now, some slow-braised beef short ribs, Korean style, with a lovely caramel, pear, ginger, garlic, onion soy sauce. They’ll be piled on jasmine rice, with lightly pickled Hood River Organic baby bok choy, and a peppery miso-stuffed nori wrap, for $22
